Spinning door lock/barrel fix - some details

I just completed the spinning door lock fix that is documented in several places on youtube and in various fora. In my case, the T shaped chamber was completely empty and I needed all the parts, so I toyed with the idea of crafting my own pieces out of aluminum, and buying the two ball bearings and the springs.

But I only found one place where I could see all of the parts that were needed, and even that lacked the level of detail I needed to manufacture them. So I did what so many others have done - spent $50 ish on a donor handle unit and pulled the parts I needed.

That said - I took a lot of pictures, and made some rough measurements in case anyone in the future wants to, say, make a 3D printed door lock kit when donor units are hard to find. If anyone is interested, I can clean the drawings up for someone to do a CAD rendering. The little block that activates the lock mechanism is far more nuanced than any image has shown up to now. The grid for the graph paper in the images is standard 1/4".
