...well I braved the Scottish weather!

Cold n wet doesn't cut it to be honest.

Anyway, doorcards removed and windows lubricated. Working a treat now. Doorcards are a nightmare to get back on, any tips??? My hands by this point were numb......

Seats removed and new bushes fitted. Checked the carpets, foam backs and all around with no sign of water and/dampness. A-pillar definitely letting a small amount of water in. But waaaay to cold and damp to sort.

Wheels off and car now on stands whilst wheels get refurbished.

Ditching the Dab and going with a trusted Alpine Ida-x100. Should be here on Friday.

All in all a decent days work. Hands are still numb! Not helped by my CTS.

Not a good time of year to be working outside @l3ggy, sounds like you've made good progress though.
I'm old and thick so sorry but what's CTS?

Whilst it has popped back into my head.....my up/down function on the drivers seat seems gubbed. Sure I saw somewhere that it can be manually moved

What size of allan key is needed? I tried a variety from my tool box with no luck.

Any fixes available that I should try for the function?

yes, put some silicone grease on and in the slot of the top rubbers and I put some on the metal, and start at the inside edge of the door and give it a lot of abuse and it will go back, I also have CTS as well as a multitude of things so I feel your pain :(

@l3ggy you on the PC at work a lot?
I was but now not. Building a fence around the garden brought on the symptoms. Now I can't shift them

Had pins and needles on and off for months and months and just ignored it prior.

Only option seems to be an op to relief the pressure

I started suffering from it several years ago, thought it was a light weights excuse for a few days off. How wrong was I! 'kin 'ell it was painful! Use a "vertical mouse" at work now which has cured it. Returns instantly I use a PC without said mouse. Feel for you mate, good luck.

@Andy McDonnell what's a vertical mouse? How does it help your wrist?
@Jack Ratt it's designed in such a way that it relieves tension otherwise placed by a normal mouse, it's held with your hand sideways and works a treat. Work provide it for me "special needs";)
