I need to fix my sagging glove box. I bought a metal reinforcement - do you have any words of wisdom?

Being so your enquiring about a glove box fix I assume you have the glove box sag I’m presuming your from the USA? There’s several threads if you google z3 glove box fix on bimmer forums and bimmerfest. https://www.bimmerfest.com/threads/z3-sagging-glovebox-repair.362698/

Here’s a YouTube vid that might be helpful

You’ve busted up your glove box quite a bit might be worth have a browse on european eBay sites and having a look for a glove box which does away with the US sagging problems.
