Can you show us a picture of the one you got Geoff?

Tony.

You could do that or strip it for bits?

Tony.

Thanks Tracy I think that I can safely say the one Antm and my nephew found on Ebay although the case looks the same the internals are not. I am awaiting delivery of one in the post that was originally Littlefellers. Trying to re programe a wrong one was a very frustrating few hours work with no results

Hi @Geoff Crispin as @littlefeller gave me two I can send you one if you PM your address. JIM
Hi Jim
The fob came in the post on Saturday when we were away, put battery in and all works but the screw from the fob that I have the head is to small so will try to find another or use black tape.
My nephew will be in touch today about another BMW car matter so might find out when he may be able to come down again but have got our sons wedding on Friday 19th Feb so nothing before them.
So Thanks once again Jim

good man:thumbsup:

these fobs must have incredible air miles=))
Hi Littlefeller now got the fob still working after all the miles have you by any chance got the missing screw that holds the case together ? as the one from the fob that I have the head is to small, if no will use black tape till I find one.
Thanks for your help

Hi Althulas
Living out in the Somerset sticks we do not have Halfords and the only type car shop in Minehead sell polish and gadgets for the newer car, but on reflection there is one other in Wiliton that I have used in the passed for general items that I will try and let you know.
Thanks
