For Sale Oxford Green 2.0 Z3 - 1999 108k Miles £2,500

As much as I've enjoyed my time with the Oxford Elf I've decided to let it go so I thought I'd post a quick for sale thread on the forum before I list it to a wider audience next month when I plan to take it off the SORN.

To summarise it's just passed it's MOT, looks great, runs great and has 4 matching as new Uniroyal Rainsport 5 tyres on a set of unmarked style 42 alloys - so if you or anyone you know is after a Z3 requiring zero maintenance and no spend until it's service and MOT in 11 months just let me know.

Agreed which is why I bought it on the same morning Mark listed it back in December

As with all the other Z3's I've had I'd love to keep it but I'm a strong believer in the fact that they need to be used and alongside the E89 I doubt that'll be the case.

When I took it for the MOT test last month the lad who owns the garage expressed an interest, saying it looked great underneath, but at that time I hadn't resolved myself to selling it.

Ahead of taking the car off SORN and listing it to a wider audience I thought I'd just bump this listing and take the opportunity to highlight that the asking price is essentially equivalent to the cost of the listed service / preventative maintenance items.

Being honest I thought it would have gone by now and would like to think it's resale value is considerably north of the ask once exposed to a wider audience.

I have seen that zed on a previous Scottish run Garrie and would say for the money your asking its a well sorted zed that has had all its mid life crisis stuff done and is essentially ready to go for the summer .

Agreed it's all ready to go with a new MOT and zero spend for the foreseeable - I can't believe it hasn't already gone.

Boston Green is nice I've had one before in that colour but this one is Oxford Green not quite as sparkly and a bit darker - a bit more old school English gentlemans roadster

We should all club together and buy a storage facility to use as a base to operate from - we could set-up a forum fleet operation where how much road time you get is a function of the agreed value of vehicle/s you have contributed to the fleet
