hi freddy, i drew the mirror in google sketchup 3d, i then divided it into about 11 planes which were printed onto card, i cut out the ovals (in the photo above which you are referring too)and glued and stacked them back up, this gave me the shape. i used filler and smoothed it down, the mirror is mirrored perspex (easy to cut and shape.

next step for me is to make an off centre one like this, this will allow me to shift the mirror upwards, i have ordered another couple of acrilic mirrors slightly smaller than the one in the photo and will make the body from perspex sheet.
