turn signal problems

hi i have a 2000 m-coupe and the turn signals won't work. Can someone tell me what fuse(s) / relays i should be checking? anything else i should check? does this car have a LCM?
 
Under the bonnet you will find the fuse box, under the fuse box lid it should have the diagram explaining all the fuses and relays. Does the indicators work when the hazard switch is pressed? I’m presuming you have checked the bulbs. If the fuse and relays are ok check with a bolt meter that power is getting to the indicator switch. If you look in the resource section you will find wiring diagram downloads.
 
the hazards don't work either. All the fuses are good. Is there a relay i should check / replace?
 
relays replaced, grounds confirmed good, fuses good, bulbs replaced... turn signals and hazards still not working, its a mystery. maybe the switch? do the hazards run through the turn signal switch? would the hazards and signals not work if the turn signal switch was bad?
