What have you bought for your Zed this week?

Hood cleaning kit, leather cleaning kit, new front brakes, service kit, Dynax rustproofing wax, rear window polish, some new wheels...... 😂

NICE, I like them........................... Good addition Dominik, If you stumble across anymore give me a shout :D
Look good but crap as mirrors

My 78mm black and white bonnet side badges had faded and I had been struggling to find replacements. Luckily I managed to get 20 new ones for £24 from China. I now have 18 spares :whistle::whistle: They just stick over the original ones..I know they will fade in a couple of years but at least I have plenty of spares. They are aliminium not just cheap stickers. Anyone want a couple I would be happy to post them.

Hi. I got them from the Aliexpress app. The search is a bit hit and miss and they often don't have pictures of the bmw logo. Probably due to bmw not liking cheap replicas. Mine where described as epoxy aliminium bmw badge. Hope this helps, I wasn't over optimistic but am pleasantly surprised.

These should keep the Zeds clean for a bit...

Have a read of the packaging the polish came in. It may have UV inhibitor in it, mine has.

Tony.

What a minefield on the Headlight protection. Meguiars is discontinued but can still get some online, there are so many choices ; lacquers, sprays, liquids. Some permanent, some semi and some to be done weekly/monthly. In the end I went with 3M Quick Headlight Cleaner and Restorer Coat Wipes. Only because I used the 3M restorer kit in first place. Its meant to last a year or so? Its arriving today so will stick it on over the weekend.
